Panda is a panda trained by the government under it's Counter Terrorist Agency to be a skilled and deadly government operative. While the CTA could have created an android or trained a human, they chose a panda just because they thought it was cool at the time. They trained panda in marksmanship, combat, strategy, endurance, and agility. The training was so intense that it caused panda to bleed from the eyes and mouth. While the bleeding stopped eventually, the panda refused to allow anyone to clean him up. Panda believed this was “war paint” to showcase how hardcore he was. Eventually the CTA were able to get Panda to wash it off. Panda was sent out on numerous missions and became a successful assassin and hitman. Which is why the CTA gave him the nickname "Panda Assassin". As an assassin Panda uses stage blood to recreate his bloody and disturbing visage. Panda does this for intimidation and theatrics against terrorists. However his role as an assassin ended after the death of his trainer and mentor Ryan Moore.

Ryan Moore was CTA's finest and highest ranking agent and field operative. After Ryan was tragically killed in a mission that went array, Panda was being the second most skilled agent took his position in the CTA. Under this new position, Panda scrapped the "war paint" and dressed in either the standard issued CTA gear, casual clothing, a suit, or nothing at all. You have to remember he is a panda, and that animals are not actually required to wear clothes. In his new position, Panda was a great unit leader and took down a lot of terrorists and terrorist organizations that operated in Earth 84. It isn't until a heel calling himself Mr. Ribbit Ribbit showed up, that Panda met his greatest challenge and arch rival.

Mr. Ribbit Ribbit and Panda have squared off numerous times and are virtually equal in terms of skill. However, unlike Panda, Mr. Ribbit Ribbit was such an unpredictable and bizarre character. In order for Panda to be at his best to combat this vile villain, he has to revert back into his "Panda Assassin" persona. While it helps Panda stay in a "hardcore" mentality, the persona does not intimidate Mr. Ribbit Ribbit. Mr. Ribbit Ribbit actually enjoys it when Panda is in "Panda Assassin" mode as he thinks the challege of their encounters is so fun. It is eventually revealed that Mr. Ribbit Ribbit is actually Ryan Moore, however it is still unknown how he is still alive. It is also unknown the exact reasoning for why Ryan Moore become so "damn evil", other than his new found love for chaos. While Panda had respect for Ryan and loved him like a brother, Panda is ready to do what it takes to take down Mr. Ribbit Ribbit. Especially if it means that Panda has to kill him.
