Amphead is a robot developed by Crazy Go Lucky Advanced Robotics. It was the first robot to be ever built by the CGLAR team of nerd scientists. Amphead was designed and built to be a very proficient guitar player. This was mostly because the nerd engineers that work at CGLAR play too much Guitar Hero. The game Guitar Hero was a very popular video game that the nerds got a hold of from Earth 1. Since it was so fun they thought it would totally cool to build a robot that could play it with them. While they did give Amphead a humanoid body, rather than give him an actual head they attached an amp to his neck so he would be able to plug in and play anywhere. This may seem weird as the game does not require an amp or a real guitar to play it. However, the nerds decided that Amphead should also be able to play a real guitar as well. While they trained and programmed Amphead in many styles of rock, Amphead currently prefers to play alternative and pop punk style music.
