For the next several days, I will be away on a little trip with my mom and her family to the Philippines to celebrate my grandmother’s 85th birthday. Due to Crazy Go Lucky being a one man operation for the most part, that means there will be no one around to ship orders until I get back. I apologize for the inconvenience this might cause anyone. I would have liked to have left someone in charge to handle this, but there were a lot of decisions made on why that isn’t ready yet to leave in the hands of another person. Though, I won’t be gone for that long either, so things shouldn’t on hold for too long. But again, thank you for all your support and understanding this slight pause in operations.

Crazy Go Lucky Storenvy Store Revamp

If you guy’s out there can remember, before Crazy Go Lucky’s online store used to be on Storenvy. This is before I found out about Open Cart and before I used it to create Crazy Go Lucky’s current online store. This switch was made so Crazy Go Lucky could have it’s own stand alone store that is on www.crazygolucky.com. Sure Storenvy is a great service, but Crazy Go Lucky needed it’s own independent online store. Although even though Crazy Go Lucky does have it’s own stand alone store now, Crazy Go Lucky still has it’s Storenvy store as well.This is technically because I can’t delete a store that has previous orders, but that’s beside the point.

So since it’s still there I figured to reopen it and put some items on it a few months ago. However, I only made minor modifications to the the default template. After looking at their forums and seeing the other stores on there, I eventually got to the point where I couldn’t just leave this store at such the basic level that it was in. Which I guess is no surprise considering how I like to be “visually expressive”. So I went ahead and decided to throw together a much more “involved” layout and design for the Storenvy store. I mean yeah sure, Crazy Go Lucky has it’s own store now, but I think there’s still some value in Storenvy’s social aspects and community. So as an alternative source to shop for Crazy Go Lucky stuff, here is the newly revamped Crazy Go Lucky store at Storenvy!
